Corkrubber gaskets

In the 1980s, ZORGE started specialising in the automated manufacture of the cork rubber gaskets often used in central heating gas control units. Our experience with automated die-cutting techniques and the quality and precision of our DGVW EN549 compliant gaskets have helped us establish long-term working relations as a supplier to leading HVAC manufacturers and suppliers.

Cork rubber is a highly elastic material produced from granular cork bonded with a synthetic rubber (NBR). Gas impermeability, high compressibility and recovery are a few of the properties that make corkrubber very suitable for gaskets in this application.
